Updated on Tuesday 3/23/2021 Received a phone... call today from Chris the service manager who listened to our complaint and offered an hour credit to be used for future service calls. I would have preferred a refund to my credit card for the hour but this is still a fair and equitable solution. =========================================================== We had used Justice previously and had a good experience. However, this week we scheduled Justice to come out to clear a downstairs bathroom faucet which was clogged as well as the kitchen faucet that has always had low pressure. The night before the service call, we called Justice and left a voicemail asking if they could go ahead and fix a broken PVC pipe on our lake pump. The day of our service call, Justice showed up and we showed him the two faucets and mentioned the lake pump which he said he'd check out prior to leaving. He fixed the bathroom faucet in under 10 min and began looking at the kitchen faucet. He first checked the pressure and assured us that it was getting full pressure. When attempting to clear the clog in the kitchen faucet, he stopped working and declared that sediment was blocking our water pressure and that by trying to unclog it, the clog worsened and that we would need to replace the faucet. The bad thing, we now had no water coming out at all. Also, that took him no more than 30 min. He asked about the lake pump, so we walked down 30 stairs to the lake front and he looked at the broken PCV pipe. He told me that if I would have mentioned the lake pump, they could have fixed it. I told him that we did call the night before and it must not have made it to his service paperwork. That took no more than 10 min. He prepared the invoice and I noticed that he had billed 2 hours, totaling $230. He did not stay longer than an hour. I did not get 2 hours worth of work. He did fix the bathroom faucet but now my kitchen faucet no longer works and my lake pump pipe is still broken. If he exceeded the hour and needed to charge an additional hour, I would have been ok if he would have gone ahead and fixed the lake pump pipe unclogged my kitchen faucet so we at minimum had water coming out. I emailed Justice and explained the above. No answer. I then called and left a message to speak to someone about our experience, whoever answered said that she would leave a message and have them call me back. Still no answer.read more

We had a great experience with Justice Plumbing.... Chris was out within 24 hours of us calling. Fixed five busted pipes. They inspected the issue, left to get some fittings, and had us back up and running within a few hours. Price was a fraction of what I was expecting. Very pleasantly surprised!read more

BIG Thanks to Chris and Zach! They came and... installed a water heater, 2 toilets, kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal. They were professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. The price they charge was great considering "the BIG BOX store" and their installation services were going to charge me a little less than Justice for JUST the water heater. This is my second time using this company and I am very pleased with the service and pricing! I will use them again and highly recommend them.read more

A defective Rheem electric tankless water heater... was installed in my newly constructed home. After dealing with Rheem on the phone trying to get a warranty replacement heater, frustration led me to Justice Plumbing for help. What happened next was a miracle. Justice sent Chris out for diagnosis and he documented the defective diagnosis for me to communicate to Rheem. My being unable to convince Rheem to send a replacement, Chris offered to communicate with them, and the next thing I know, he has secured a return authorization and a new one on its way. Within an hour of its arrival on New Years Eve, Chris was here installing the replacement. To say I was ecstatic is an understatement. Justice will always be my go-to plumbing company and Chris my preferred plumber if I have a choice!read more

Jonathan Mangan was able to turn on the water... crawl under the house, locate the leak, shut it off and repair two broken water lines. WOW! What a credit to your Company! I left the backdoor unlocked for him, but, I didn't realize someone had locked the screen door to the back porch. He did everything on his own and checked the leak detector on the meter to make sure everything was good. This is a rent house. I always use Justice Plumbing for this reason. Jim Gauseread more

We had a faulty cartridge on a Delta faucet and... Jonathan came out and changed out the cartridge. He explained what he did and what he thinks might have been wrong with the cartridge. Jonathan also took the time to call to find out if the faucet was still covered under warranty and it was. I really appreciate the extra time and effort.read more
